Stay Hydrated!

The weather is warming up, so it is extremely important to keep yourself and children hydrated.

Mild to moderate dehydration may include the following:

  • Increased thirst
  • Dry mouth
  • Tired or sleepy
  • Decreased urine output
  • Urine is low volume and more yellowish than normal
  • headache
  • Dry skin
  • Dizziness
       Fill your refrigerator with these fruit infused waters.  I don't buy soda, and very little juice, so when my daughter is thirsty I have these already made up.   She loves them and even likes helping me make them.  Keeping my family hydrated has never been so easy.
